I’m a lifelong Virginian, having grown up in Richmond. I first came to Charlottesville when I was 9. My brother and his wife bought a small cottage on Little High Street and we spent many weekends scraping decades of old wallpaper off the walls. I consider it my introduction to visionary home renovation!
As I grew up, I set my sights on UVa. And yes, I got a great education. But what I really fell in love with was the town.

My Story
You might think it weird (many do!), but I absolutely love the home buying and selling processes. Decades before I became a realtor, I prowled open houses and followed market trends for fun. And I’ve always been drawn to the art of a deal, whether it’s buying a home, a car or hammering out the details of a film contract when I was running my own production company. My family says negotiating is in my DNA. I don’t think they’re wrong.
I thrive on details: the more things on my plate, the more efficient I become. And I find nothing more satisfying than getting things done.
Home need repairs? On it. Junk to be removed? I got you covered. Decluttering and staging? No problem. Personalized marketing? Yep. Recs for lenders, movers, insurance companies (or restaurants, wineries, hikes)? You’re singing my song. Well, you get the point. I’m here for whatever you need.
